What Phrase Says it Best?

At a recent teleconference of industry leaders from North America, representatives from the Public and Private sectors discussed the need for a common language that would communicate to both sectors locally and globally. In particular, it was agreed that we needed to figure out a phrase to integrate the pieces: disaster recovery, business continuity, information availability and security, emergency response, risk management and homeland security.
