SafetyNET

Health and safety professionals looking for the most current and useful information for their employee health and safety training programs will want to register for a new free quarterly newsletter published by the American Red Cross, called SafetyNET.
“Share SafetyNET with all of your employees,” say publishers. “With topics on healthy living and safety measures employees can share with their families, SafetyNET will help keep safety a priority, both in and out of the workplace.”

The latest issue, which came out last summer, is available at http://www.redcross.org/email/SafetyNET/SafetyNET.htm
It includes small advice-based articles on subjects like: avoiding disease transmission while assisting an injured co-worker; recognizing the symptoms of heart attacks in yourself or people near you; and tips on workplace disaster preparedness.
