How to Outsource Security

When it comes to your business’ security, do you trust in yourself or do you trust the experts? Those are the questions SearchNetworks.com recently put to Edward Yakabovicz, a 20-year veteran of corporate security in the financial sector. Yakabovicz explained to the editors of the publication: what network security providers can do for a business; how much money can be saved through divesting the responsibilities to outsiders; and how companies can go about making sure they choose a security provider that's right for them.

"If you have a security project that you have to get done quickly, it's sometimes easier to bring in an network security service provider (NSSP) to do it." Yakabovicz says in the piece. "So an NSSP sets up the project, builds the system, and educates the staff."
