New Power Suite 4.0
Simplifies Power System Sizing and Installation
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – August 20, 2004 – The recently updated Power Suite
4.0
from Cummins Power Generation simplifies power system design and
installation by combining equipment specifications, CAD drawings and
technical papers into one easy-to-use format. The new version features
a convenient Web interface, giving users the flexibility to work
offline, via CDs, or access files through a secure web site.
Power Suite includes GenSize™ software, which quickly provides
generator set recommendations. These recommendations are based on total
facility load requirements and generator performance, calculated in
GenSize and based on project parameters entered by the user. With the
generator selection made, other elements of Power Suite are available
to assist in facility design.

DRI International Provides Critical Resource For
Stock Market Trading Firms
FALLS CHURCH, VA – June
29, 2004 – With deadlines looming for stock exchange trading companies
to comply with new regulations requiring business continuity plans, DRI
International is offering its resources to support this important
effort.
To address the heightened risks in the post-September 11 environment,
the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently approved the NASD
Rule 3500 series and the NYSE Rule 446 Business Continuity and
Contingency Plan, both of which require broker/dealer firms to clearly
define and test their business continuity plans.
Under the new rules, every NASD and NYSE member must develop a plan
that addresses various aspects of business continuity, including data
backup and recovery, mission critical systems, and alternate
communications between the firm and its employees and the firm and its
customers. In addition, a member’s business continuity plan must
address how the member will assure its customers’ prompt access to
their funds and securities in the event that the firm determines that
it is unable to continue its business.

opportunities, and other resources are available at http://www.drii.org
